Once we receive your order this will be dispatched to post within 2 to 5 days, please allow for delivery times as mentioned below (unless specified above).

For Australia wide we tend to use Sendle (Aramax) for our standard shipping service, delivery can take between 3 to 10 business days (depending on your location).
For Australia Post Parcel Post, this can take between 3 to 10 business days (depending on your location).
Sendle is a door-to-door delivery service, which is why we need a physical street address. If the receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will be delivered to a nearby location for collection.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive email confirmation and tracking information.
We do require signature on delivery for all shipping options. If you are not home your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Shop or Depot for collection. The carrier will usually leave a card with details for you to action.
We will not cover the cost of postage for parcels sent back to us due to the incorrect address given or if your parcel is not collected in time. Please make sure your address, including suburb and postcode are correct. We are not responsible for packages that go missing due to the wrong postal addresses provided.
At times shipping can be impacted time to time due to unforeseen events, however we will do our utmost best to have your gorgeous products to you as soon as we can.
If your parcel is not delivered within the Carriers guidelines, we will lodge a Parcel Enquiry from our end. Once the outcome of that enquiry is known, then a decision will be made to resend you your order, this is reviewed on a case by case basis and not necessarily guaranteed.

IMPORTANT: All orders received between 29th of July and 10th of August will be available to collect from 11th of August. Please wait for email confirmation before visiting our Studio for collection.
For local delivery, please allow 2 to 4 business days.
For local pick up, this is free, just select this option at checkout. Please note, that once your order is ready for collection, you will be prompted to organise a time for collection by either texting 0410 531 009 or booking an appointment on our Facebook page, please make sure you have received confirmation of your requested time prior to attending. For all Wholesale Orders we request payment in full prior to your order being packed. This can be paid either in person, online via our Wholesale Portal using your credit card, or alternatively you can pay by direct credit into our Bank Account.
Please note, for orders placed where direct credit is selected, payment is required within 2 business days. An invoice will be provided via our accounting system with our bank account details enclosed. Please use your invoice number as reference for payment.
When you order is ready to be shipped, we will calculate shipping and provide you with an invoice. This invoice is to be paid prior to your goods being dispatched. We use TransDirect to calculate shipping to make sure we are providing the cheapest shipping option available. If you have a preferred supplier, please inform us.
You can also pick up your order direct from our Studio. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready to collect prior to attending our Studio for pick up.
